A Love Story
Welcome to Ashoka where every dish tells a story, and every flavor takes you on a journey.
The story of Ashoka actually begins in Costa Rica when an adventurous Indian couple opened their first restaurant called “Hola India”. They were inspired by the abundance of fresh ingredients and aromatic spices and the restaurant quickly became a household name. With the birth of their first child, the couple moved to the United States and brought the magic of Hola India to Miami under the name Ashoka.
A Journey of Flavor
In 2023, life brought them to Greece and amidst the charm of the Aegean sea, they decided to share their love of Indian food with the island of Mykonos. Today, our small family has eight locations around the globe and is truly a business that is able to prosper because of the love every team member pours into our vision. We use only the finest ingredients and the most talented chefs to prepare our dishes that bring the best of Indian and local cuisine.
